What is the Revo Uninstaller, and why is it required to uninstall LibreOffice
that has its own supported means of uninstallation? (As aside, it's *not*
required to uninstall previous LibreOffice versions prior to installing new.
Doing so will require you to select required components again, while installing
over existing installation allows to automatically upgrade already installed
components.)
