Same problem here with LO 5.3.6.1 after upgrading from LO 5.2.5
Win 7 32bit
Tools -> Options -> View ->
"Use OpenGL for all rendering" Checked
"Ignore OpenGL blacklist" Unchecked
"GL is currently disabled."
The redraw is slow even when I switch between programs.
