The manifest.xml lists "Configurations2/" and "Pictures/" and
"Thumbnails/thumbnail.png" and "Thumbnails/", but none of them exists.
The file meta.xml is invalid. It is empty besides the XML declaration. A file
meta.xml is not required, so why does the producing application writes such
stub?
The behavior of previous versions is neither correct. There should be at least
a warning for the user, that there is something wrong with the file.
