Bump in CPU usage when deleting a bullet row
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Set the cursor at the end of a row and hold backspace
3. Notice a bump in CPU usage to 24% when a row is deleted
Actual Results:
CPU increases to 24% for a short period of time
Expected Results:
Shouldn't happen
Reproducible: Always
