The default file format for new spreadsheets *is* ODS.
If you worked on already existing CSV, it's saved like that.
It's upon user to understand file formats.
LO has "Confirm File Format" warning.
If you disagree and can add something to show it's LO issue, please explain in
detail *with steps* and set back to Unconfirmed.
