After import .xlsx file, the proportion of the .png image "Lenovo for those who
do" at the "Contents" tab is wrongly imported
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached .xlsx file

Actual Results:
The .png image "Lenovo for those who do" at the "Contents" tab is wrongly
imported (ratio is wrong)
Expected Results:
After import, the png image should be properly imported
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
