Bug is single issue only. And this one is not clear and valid bug report, it
has different issues which may point to wrong installation.
Is this for a specific spreadsheet only? Please attach if so. And write exact
steps.
Do you open it form local drive or network? Did you test from different local
location?
If for all, please try with 5.3.7 (rc1 available, rc2 later) or 5.4.3 (when
it's out).
