Not properly achieved Full Screen command (here on Writer as example target).
In LibreOffice, the View → Full Screen (Shift+Ctrl+J) command randomly fills
the full screen at most once during a user login session but most of the time
it never achieves that goal, Ordinary the command produces the result to be
seen in attachment. Others non Canonical ‘s applications which also are part of
the Linux OS, Fedora 27's or Centos 7.4.1708's official repositories, have
their Full Screen command that operate correctly and systematically.
