Heading 1 is set as chapter heading by default. Chapter heading numbering is
not done via paragraph style or numbering style, but via Tools > Chapter
Numbering... (formally known as Outline Numbering).
You should use other ways than "Tools > Chapter Numbering..." only if you
really know what happens then. If you want to learn other ways, do not use the
bugtracker but our mailing list.
