I can confirm this issue still exists in LibreOffice 5.4.2.2 (x64) and NVDA
2017.3.
For what it's worth, you also can't read presentations in Apache OpenOffice
4.1.4.
Even using NVDA's object navigation (which lets you identify the different
parts of a window or object), I can't get to the text, or the objects on a
slide. (See
