Eyal -- On Linux, you don't need to use the special character dialog for Hebrew
diacritics (Niqqud); the default Hebrew key mapping has U+0x5BC on
<right-alt>+S (that's ד for דגש) and the rest of them on similarly reasonable
places. That is, of course, a workaround, there still appears to be a problem
with the special-char dialog.
