Just tested 5.3.7 RC1 and the issue is resolved :)
BUT!!! HW-Acceleration is disabled by default! OpenGL ist enabled by default :(
Since OpenGL is so extremely slow and ugly, please make HW-Acceleration the
default again in 5.3.7 RC2 and all other future builds.
