In the language list, found in the character and options dialog, '[None]' is
the first entry and 'Default - English (USA)' is located based on its
alphabetic position and I think placed it always as the second entry will make
it easier to access.
In the user interface list, found in the options dialog, there isnt a '[None]'
entry and in this list 'Default - English (USA)' should be the first entry.
