Irrespective of what Apple might say, it does seem like a hardware problem
linked to your graphics chip, as indicated by the latest attachment.
There is a known, but as yet, undetermined root cause that appears to occur
with LibreOffice Calc in particular, and which causes a crash which might be
similar to what you are reporting.
It appears to be linked to LO code wanting to switch the graphics chip to run
in a particular way.
Some people have reported that they can work around this by starting
LibreOffice from the terminal with the following command:
/Applications/LibreOffice/Content/MacOS/soffice
and then keeping the terminal app open until they have finished working with
LibreOffice. However, this solution does not work for everyone.
Could you give this a try and report back ?
Could you also please indicate what graphics chip hardware you have on your Mac
and your output screen(s) and resolution(s) ?
