The text is there but looks as in the screenshot from tommy27.
There are errors in the enhanced-geometry of the rectangles. The attribute
draw:text-area="?f5 ?f5 ?f6 ?f7" must be draw:text-area="?f4 ?f5 ?f6 ?f7".
In addition the padding in the small rectangle is wrong. It should be
(left/top/right/bottom in cm) 0.29 0.22 0.29 0.22 but it is 0.44 0.29 0.37 0.37
.
Because of that the text field is not width enough and the text wraps.
I have used for testing Version: 6.0.0.0.alpha1+
