We definitely couldnt combine the three, but it is possible to combine the
Forename and Surname fields. Word, WPS, Wordperfect, and Calligra combine them
while Softmaker doesn't.
Dont see much benefit in doing this, as it would require additional translation
work for no real benefit. So wontfix for me.
