I reproduce with
LO 5.4.2.2 Build ID: 22b09f6418e8c2d508a9eaf86b2399209b0990f4
Threads CPU : 2; OS : Windows 6.1; UI Render : par défaut;
Locale : fr-FR (fr_FR); Calc: CL
However, this bug was previously reported, so I set this one as duplicate of
Bug 78326 - Can't delete a table in Impress/Draw if cells are selected
On Windows, when the table is selected, using column or line toolbar deletes
all the table.
