Well, on the second glance, it turned out that the commit did change logic in
one place: sc/source/filter/xml/XMLTableShapeResizer.cxx. Given that
SvXMLImportFlags::ALL is a bitmask 0xffff, the new code started to check if any
bit is set, instead of checking for exact match.
A patch is https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/44396. This is for the regression in
Calc. The Impress thing seems to have not working at the time of the
regression, so should be fixed separately. Please create a proper issue for it.
(This issue looks invalid anyway.)
