Klaus, thank you for reporting the bug. Unfortunately without clear steps to
reproduce it, we cannot track down the origin of the problem. Please provide a
clearer set of step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem.

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' once the steps are provided.
If you change UI to English, it might be easier to describe the steps in
English. You don't have to write perfect English (mine isn't perfect as well),
but there are of course more people, who can try to reproduce your bug, if the
report is in English. But I would say, feel free to answer in German if English
is really unpossible.
One additional question: You wrote "Danach gehe ich Schritt für Schritt vor."
Did you documentation for mail merge? Unfortunately there seems to be no
docuemntation in English. You find the English version at
