Confirmed on the latest LibreofficeDev 6.0.0.0 alpha1.
I was thinking about suggesting a checkbox "Preserve Selection" in the
Find&Replace window, but I couldn't come up with a situation where the current
behaviour could be preferred. No need for checkbox.
The cell selection should absolutely be preserved.
