Description:
Latest version 5.4.3.2 x86_69 installs but does not load any application.
Running clean Windows 10 x64 OS Build: 16299.64
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download and install
2.Run Writer or other
3. Splash screen for Libre does not disappear and windows reports that it is
not responding.... allowinfg additional time (10 mins) does noting the
solve.... splash screen still there no app in background.
Actual Results:
not loaded
Expected Results:
loaded
Reproducible: Always
