For Debian, Ubuntu the package names apparently follow the format
libreoffice-*-dbgsym
Another possibility is downloading this massive 2GB (6GB unpacked) archive,
which includes the debug symbols already:
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@70-TDF-dbg/current/
It is a fresh master build.
