Description:
In Writer (but also in Calc), Notebookbar is not shown completely (just maybe
80% of it). The only way to have it back is to switch between different
Notebookbar options or to reopen the program.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Open Print Preview
3. Exit Print Preview
Actual Results:
Notebookbar is not shown completely
Expected Results:
Notebookbar show be displayed just as before opening Print Preview
Reproducible: Always
