Description:
The New Tangut Std font (新西夏字體/新西夏字体) has @ form for Tangut chatacters to make
them rotated in vertical layout, however, if Tangut characters rendering with
this font, all of them failed to rotate.
New Tangut Std is available at http://ccamc.co/fonts.php
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached ODT
Actual Results:
Tangut chatacters looks sideways in vertical layout.
Expected Results:
Tangut chatacters should be upright in vertical layout.
Reproducible: Always
