Attempted to include Line and Arrows (.uno:ArrowsToolbox), Curves
(.uno:LineToolbox), and Connectors (.uno:ConnectorToolbox) in the Insert >
Shapes submenu, but their entries didnt extend out with submenu entries of the
controls underneath them.
