In order to fix this, I have chosen to save the XLSX file as ODS, which appears
to be able to be opened in Microsoft Excel 2013+
This was an acceptable workaround, but hopefully my contribution has helped in
identifying something that needs attention.
For now, I do not need any additional assistance with this issue, so I will
leave it in your hands.
I will be here if you need me to test something.
