you are right , I didn't describe step by step
problem is when you have the "mail merge" tool bar available
I have tried your solution , "Edit individual document"
in the new open document , I made modifications, then "view Merge Mail tool bar
"
and click on "send by mail"
BUT this is not the solution because it send n time the same message to the n
mail adresses
and not each page to each mail adress
