It is the Templates button in the Start center so you show the Template
thumbnails.
Note that to reproduce the double-click effect consistently, you have to close
LibreOffice after each run.
I do not get the printing problem. It prints the correct file.

So maybe try 5.4.4.
Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED
WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
