I have got a similar problem with full screen mode with a notebook, which has
an onboard "Interl(R) HD Graphics 630" and a "NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 Ti" and
Windows 10. There exists an automatic detection, which graphic card to use, so
that the NVIDIA card is only used when needed, to reduce power usage. It seems,
that this automatic detection does not work for OpenGL in LibreOffice.
The NVIDIA settings have an option to assign a graphic card to an application.
If I set there, that NVIDIA is used for OpenGL in LibreOffice, then full screen
mode works without problems.
[I have added this information here, because it might be useful for other users
with similar problems.]
