As Sophia explained, the best and more proactive way for localization is to
participate at Pootle instead of sending bugs :). IMHO, for betas and RCs it is
normal and expected that translations are not completely finished. I generally
just close bug reports like this if they do not pinpoint a specific problem,
but in this case, as it can be seen at Pootle, the German l10n team has already
achieved 100% coverage in both UI and help translations, so RC2 should be
completely localized, unless I’m missing some change that broke the string
freeze…
