UI: Transparency can be set in the sidebar with a slider for Area and Shadow,
but not for Line
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Add A shape
3. Take a look at the sidebar. Area and Shadow have transparency slider, but
not line.
Actual Results:
No transparency slider
Expected Results:
Also a transparency slider
Reproducible: Always
