With bug 106534 (Color set/palette for charts missing since reorganization of
color palettes) not only the LibO chart color set was added but also 2 color
sets for charts of Microsoft Office 2010 and 2013.
They improved the usability because
1) all these Microsoft colors could be re-used in documents (especially in
round trip environments with Microsoft products) and
2) LibO users had more choice of chart colors.
The current short chart-palette seems little bit lost.
In LibO 5.4.3.2 the chart colors are there, in 6.0.0.1 they are gone.
