Go to the border properties of frame "Cadre5" and set padding to 0.
The file has an entry fo:padding="0.15cm". In former versions padding was
disabled in the UI, and padding was treated as 0cm, although the fields had an
entry of 0.15cm. That wrong behavior has been fixed in work on bug 33041. Now
the values which are in the file are really used.
Because the current behavior is the correct one, you need to remove the
unwanted entries manually from old documents.
