I call it implementationError because now the statusbar language info is
useless.
* Neither (not always) the correct language of the cell will be displayed
* nor it's possible to change the language of cell or selection in the
statusbar (or the tooltip should be dropped if no change is desired).
Not only in Calc but also in Impress. Changing component to UI.
