I tested it now on two different computers and it opens directly from Skype in
LibreOffice.
Which Skype version are you using? Also, would probably be best to try with
LibreOffice 5.4.4 instead of 5.1.6.

Build ID: 5.4.4-1
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 4.14; UI render: default; VCL: kde4;
Locale: fi-FI (fi_FI.UTF-8); Calc: group
Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED
WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
