This ought to be super easy for someone who understands unotext well.
Unfortunately, it completely baffles me.
I don't understand why just exchanging the string would remove all the
PropertyValues in the first place. Even so, I would think it should be trivial
to get a copy of the PropertyValues, and then re-apply them afterwards (maybe
with finishParagraph?). But even these trivial tasks were too much for me.
Very frustrating.
