Items on the notebook bar have two shortcut keys.
One is garbage.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start LibreOffice
2. Create New Writer Document
3. Change to Tabbed/Notebookbar
Menu - View - Toolbar Layout - Notebookbar
Menu - Notebookbar - Tabbed
4. Open Home tab on Notebookbar
Actual Results:
Item name in Japanese is
