Screens of the corrupted notebookbar and empty dropdowns (see comment)

Sorry, I was sure that you can reproduce the bug.
Here's a screen of how it looks like afterwards. BTW, in Calc it also happens
when opening the print preview.
In addition except for the "File" dropdown, the other dropdowns are all empty:
I tried with and without OpenGL, no difference. I also use a fresh profile.
