In opening of LibreOffice (currently V6) the focus is not attributing to the
window with screenreaders (NVDA)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. install and launch NVDA
2. open a LibreOffice
Actual Results:
The focus is not in the window of LibreOffice
Expected Results:
Focus is in the window of LibreOffice
Reproducible: Always
