Steps to Reproduce:
0. Create Document and save in 2 format (odt and html)
1. Start libreoffice (Start Center document list)
2. Open document in odt format you will see left panel is flashing (1 or 2 or
time random) and then open document
2.1. Open document in html format - it is no flashing
