Caolán: thought you might be interested in this one since the pb seems in
vcl/png
Debugging in vcl/source/gdi/pngwrite.cxx, I compared the number of times that
IHDR and IEND were called, it's the same.
It seems more a kind of truncation to 16 bytes.
368/16 = 23
