Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Writer document
2. Insert a table in to document
3. Set cursor in to any cell of table ->view of groupedbar compact changes for
work with tables
4. Set cursor in to text body of document -> bottom part of toolbar is
dissapear (see attach)
5. Move Writer window or minimize/maximize window -> toolbar displays correctly
Actual Results:
bottom part of toolbar is dissapear
Expected Results:
toolbar displays correctly
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
