The spreadsheet was a real-world spreadsheet I received from one of my
co-workers.
When I noticed the differences between LO and MSOffice, I stripped it down to a
minimal testcase which does not contain real data.
So yes, of course, the file attached is not simply a new, empty spreadsheet
saved with Excel2016 - it was a real-world spreadsheet I encountered where
LibreOffice's behaviour differs from the expected one.
