As a first time user of ImageMap (but 12yrs+ using OOo & LO!), this behaviour
was not surprising to me- although it could be improved. Suggest considering
this as an Enhancement request and considering the UX further.
Perhaps remove tooltip when selected for editing... but then there is *no*
indication the ImageMap operation was successful (which is helpful).
