Bug ID: 115615
Summary: Export to HTML generates wrong ImageMap if page
margins are not zero
Product: LibreOffice
Version: Inherited From OOo
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Draw
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Description:
The Export to HTML function will generate an HTML page and an image for each
page in the ODG file. If the page has an ImageMap (and may also affect regular
hyperlinks attached to images), an associated client-side image map is
generated.
The coordinates in this image map will be offset if the page in question has
margins (Format->Page, Margins) set to anything but "0". i.e. For most images
the HTML ImageMap is wrongly positioned.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add an image to a new Drawing with default page margins.
2. Select image then Edit > Image Map. Add an image map aligned to some feature
of the picture.
3. Export the HTML. View the HTML.
Actual Results:
ImageMap is in wrong position. Editing the drawing to set all margins=0, the
exported HMTL is correct.
Expected Results:
I imagine the main use of ImageMap editing is to ultimately produce an HTML
file. The HTML ImageMap should be correct regardless of Page margins.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
