I can not reproduce any issues with LO 6.0, but can reproduce all of the issues
with the version of the original reporter (LO 3.3.0).
The test case points out three issue. I could confirm the last remaining issue
(BUG 1: Center-formatted line changes to left aligned) with the version of the
last commentator. But now, all issues are gone in recent builds.
