This bug still exists and never works. I guess it is the same as sone other
languages.
One “easy” fix for this is ti force all the l10n team to make their numbering
list, located in i18npool/source/localedata/data, node <LC_NumberingLevel>, to
the same as the default one,
but it is not a fix, as each language has its own numbering tradition and best
order.
