I have confirmed in version: Version 3.7.0alpha0+ (Build ID: 5af60dc If I enter a Sanskrit language text in Devanagari script, and right-click it and go to Tools > Language > For *, I do see Sanskrit now but even if I click on it, the language indicated in the status bar stays at Hindi.
