Description:
Periodically when I start Libre Office (Version: 5.4.2.2) I receive the
following message in a pop-up:
SOFFICE.BIN Application Error
The application was unable to start correctly (0x0000142).
Click OK to close the application.
When I click OK sometimes the app closes and sometimes it does not. Libre
Office runs OK whether I get the message or I don't.

More of an inconvenience then a real problem.
