Description:
LibreOffice Writer starts with an empty document calles "untitled". When I try
to save it ("Save As..." or "Strg+S"), Writer crashes with the output in the
console:
Couldn't open /usr/share/kde4/config/kdebug.areas

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start from the console: :~$ /usr/bin/libreoffice --writer
2. Try to "Save as..."
Actual Results:
Couldn't open /usr/share/kde4/config/kdebug.areas
